Obituary for Dr. Linda Roberts
She was a Woman of God. A Woman of God is fearless in her fight to please God and bring others into the house of the Lord. A Woman of God is worth far more than rubies. A Woman of God lacks nothing of valor. A Woman of God sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. A Woman of God opens her arms to the poor, extends her hands to the needy.

A Woman of God speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is always on her tongue. A Woman of God watches over the affairs of the household of the Lord and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed and praise her. Many women do noble things, but a Woman of God surpasses them all. A Woman of God who fears the Lord is to be praised. Give her the reward she has earned, and let her works bring her praise.

Prophetess Dr. Linda Sue Roberts, affectionately known as "Pastor", answered the ultimate call of her heavenly Father on September 11, 2021 at the Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton, Georgia. Linda Wilkerson was born in Evans County, Georgia on June 9, 1949 to the late Louie and Lucille Wilkerson. She was preceded in death by her sister, Patsy Joann Blaine. In 1967, she graduated from the Evans County Longhorn High School where she received her high school diploma. In 1975, she graduated from the Swainsboro Technical College nursing program, becoming a Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN). Pastor Roberts worked as a nurse in Evans and Chatham County for 21 years until the Lord called her into full time ministry. She received her cosmetology certification from the Johnson School of Cosmetology in Statesboro, Georgia.

Her devotion to her family extended to her church family. Pastor Roberts had a passion for reaching those who did not know her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Teaching them to walk by faith and not by sight, exemplifying the life and works of Christ and being a living witness of His Word. Therefore, she founded Power Pack Ministries in Claxton, Georgia, which later became Light in the Word, Rain Outreach Ministries. This Ministry served many yound and old Christians, leading them to salvation.

Pastor was blessed with a large and loving family. She married the late James Boggs, March 1968, in Claxton, Georgia. To this union, four children were born. James preceded her in death. Pastor Roberts raised her four children with unconditional love, patience, discipline, and humility. She dedicated her children to God and encouraged them to explore the beauty of the gospel, leading her second eldest son, Caverous to Christ, who is the founding Bishop of The Living Word Ministries in Lyons Georgia.

Pastor Roberts was an educator at heart. She was kind and soft-spoken, and always had time to answer a question or solve a problem, no matter how small or great it was. In the year of 1998, she became an ordained minister, receiving both her ministry ordination and evangelistic license through Bishop Boggs. In the same year, she established the Power Pack Outreach Ministries Church, Inc. In 2001, her weekly television Ministry was birthed. On June 16, 2010, she received her Doctor of Divinity Degree from Cannon Bible College in Brooklyn, New York. She is dearly missed by her loved ones, who celebrate the fact that this soldier has entered her rest.
