Obituary for Julia McPherson
Mrs. Julia Oliver McPherson was born May 11, 1919 in Wrens, Georgia to the late Mrs. Bertha Smith Oliver and the late Mr. Irvin Oliver. She lived most of her adult life in Detroit, Michigan where she was employed as a domestic worker.

Julia was married to Mr. Roy McPherson, who preceded her in death. She returned to Swainsboro, Georgia approximately thirty years ago, where she lived until her death.

Mrs. Julia McPherson is survived by the following loved ones: her Goddaughter, Ms. Tommie F. Harper of Clarksville, Tennessee; a nephew, Mr. Eddie (Leatha) Burley of Swainsboro, Georgia; and many loving and caring great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
