Obituary for Michael Kelvin Moore
Mr. Michael Kelvin Moore was born October 4, 1965 to Mrs. Annette Moore and the late Mr. Wadie Moore, Sr. He departed this life peacefully on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at his home in Quitman, GA. He is preceded in death by his father Wadie Moore, Sr. and a brother Anthony D. Moore.
Mike was united in Holy Matrimony to Clarice Williams Moore on March 11, 2017. He was employed with Lowes Distribution Center in Valdosta, GA where he was a forklift driver. He enjoyed and looked forward to watching sports with his step-daughter, Jalonnis, while debating about players stats and who would win the game. His lifelong talent and passion was art. He has drawn many pictures over the years. He loved being outside where he spent hours with his dogs, Remy and Spike.
Mike’s precious memories will forever be cherished in the lives of his wife Mrs. Clarice Williams Moore (Quitman, GA); stepdaughter Ms. Jalonnis Timmons (Quitman, GA); his mother Mrs. Annette Moore (Claxton, GA); three brothers: Mr. Charlie J. (Lori) Blake (Tacoma, WA), Mr. Wadie Jr. (Beverly) Moore (Clearwater, FL), Mr. Alphonso Moore (Pulaski, GA); three sisters: Ms. Cynthia Hines (Statesboro, GA), Mrs. Carol (Kelly) Adams, and Mrs. Lynette (Ricky) Tompkins, both of Claxton, GA. three sisters-in-law: Mrs. Gloria Lovette (Statesboro, GA), Mrs. Kay (Michael) Ashe (Reidsville, NC), and Mrs. Sharon Bryant (Fayetteville, NC); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Also, special appreciation to Lewis Hall Singletary Oncology Center, Thomasville, GA, Chasm Onuoha, M.D. and Archbold Hospice Southwest GA in Thomasville, GA, Jackie, Melissa, Brittney, Rasheka, Haley, Jason and other staff members.
