Mr. Robbie Lee McKeever was born on January 15, 1947, to the late Ms. Maggie McKeever and the late Mr. Ivey Palmer in Claxton, Georgia. He entered eternal life on December 27, 2022, after an extended illness.
He was an Evans County Longhorn and attended Swainsboro Technical College, where he studied to be an Emergency Medical Technician. He began working for Evans County Emergency Medical Service (EMS) in 1980, where he diligently served in this role for more than 30 years and was well-respected by his peers and community. Robbie took pride in providing service to his community.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Maggie McKeever; his father: Ivey Palmer; his brothers: Gerald Palmer and Theron Palmer; and a sister: Josephine Bacon.
Robbie leaves the following loved ones to cherish his memory: two daughters: Mrs. Tamara (Orin) Williams of Pembroke, Georgia and Ms. Nicole Stafford of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania ; seven brothers: Mr. Junior (Wilhemena) Palmer of Claxton, Georgia, Mr. George McKeever of Hagan, Georgia, Mr. Clark (Emmaretta) McKeever of Hinesville, Georgia, Mr. Roosevelt (Izetta) Palmer of Claxton, Georgia, Mr. Ivey (Ola Mae) Palmer of Claxton, Georgia, Mr. Henry Palmer of Claxton, Georgia, and Mr. Arthur (Ruby) Palmer of Claxton, Georgia; eight sisters: Ms. Laura Miller of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Mrs. Jessie Mae (Jimmy) Carr of Claxton, Georgia, Ms. Geraldine Smith of Hagan, Georgia, Mrs. Vanessa (Delmas) Williams of Cordele, Georgia, Mrs. Corrine (Vernard) Furman of Pembroke, Georgia, Ms. Alice Robinson of Claxton, Georgia, Mrs. Lorraine (Thomas) Green of Claxton, Georgia, and Ms. Omie Jean Palmer of Jesup, Georgia; three grandchildren: Ta’Morin Williams, O’Ryan Williams, and Patience Williams; and a host of other loving and caring nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
