Obituary for Vanessa Mack
Ms. Vanessa Mack was born on June 11, 1981 to Mr. John E. King, Sr. and Ms. Sallie Mack in Swainsboro, Georgia. She departed this life on Friday, August 23, 2019 after a brief illness.
Vanessa attended Emanuel County Institute in Twin City, Georgia and Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was an active member of Parrish Grove Baptist Church until her passing.
She leaves a legacy of memories to the following loved ones: three children: Codey Hagins, Jr., Xavier Hagins, and Mireay Foye, all of Statesboro, Georgia; her mother, Ms. Sallie Mack of Minneapolis, Minnesota; her father, Mr. John E. King, Sr. (Betty Carswell King) of Twin City, Georgia; two sisters: Ms. LaKessha Brown of Metter, Georgia and Ms. Michelle King (Daniel Bostic) of Swainsboro, Georgia; five brothers: Mr. Jacobe Mack of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mr. John King, Jr., (Angela Safford) of Augusta, Georgia, Mr. Kevin King (Linda King) of Metter, Georgia, Mr. Zachery King (Delilah King) of Atlanta, Georgia, and Mr. Jeremy Howard of Statesboro, Georgia; a host of foster brothers and sisters; her grandmother, Mrs. Linnie Mae King and her step-grandmother, Mrs. Julie Mae Hughes Carswell, both of Swainsboro, Georgia; two aunts: Mrs. Carrie Milton (Leroy Milton) and Ms. Tyronda Mack, both of Twin City, Georgia; four uncles: Mr. Daniel Nelson and Mr. Sylvester Mack, both of Twin City, Georgia, Mr. Matthew King and Mr. Frank King, both of Swainsboro, Georgia; fourteen step-uncles and step-aunts; three special friends: Ms. Brenda Mack, Ms. Joanne Griffin and Mr. Ervin Bady; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
