Kenneth L. Bowers (“Kenny”), 63, a loving father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 11, 2026. He was born on November 16, 1962, to Cliff Bowers and Addie B. Medlock.

Kenny grew up with a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. He enjoyed fishing, drag racing, and grilling. His most cherished possession was his pickup truck, "Bertha." A lifelong resident of Metter, GA, Kenny attended the Candler County school system and spent his career working in agriculture and farming. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cliff Bowers and Addie B. Medlock; his brothers, Johnny "Earl" Brown, Cliff Bowers, Randolph Bowers, and Ronnie Bowers; and his nephew, James E. Butler Jr.

Kenny will be lovingly remembered by: his three remaining brothers: Clyde Bowers of Macon, GA, Donnie Bowers of Columbia, SC, and Mark Bowers (Amy) of Carrollton, VA; two sisters: Wanda Butler of Swainsboro, GA, and Juanita Bowers of Lakeland, GA; four children: Shaquantiyana "Yana" Kelley (Ellis), Kenneth B. Bowers Jr., KeyAsia Bowers, and KeyMiya Bowers, all of Reidsville, GA; nieces: Jaime’ Williams (Renard) of Newnan, GA, Janee Williams of Swainsboro, GA, Victoria Coney of Dublin, GA, Marci Bowers and Addi Bowers, both of Carrollton, VA; nephews: Clyde Bowers Jr. of North Carolina and Diontre Bowers of Statesboro, GA; as well as his beloved grandchildren, many cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
