Obituary

Virginia Monroe Rackins was born on September 15, 1967, to the parentage of the late Maeola Pauldo and Willie Monroe, Sr. in Swainsboro, Georgia. She was reared in the love and care of Mamie Pierce. Virgina was a member of Bethlehem Temple Worship Center in Midville, Georgia where she served as a faithful and dedicated member until her health failed. Virgina was a 1985 graduate of Swainsboro High School. Upon completion of high school, Virginia went on to receive an Associate of Arts Psychology Degree from the University of Phoenix. She was later employed at Capro were she worked for several years before her extended illness. She was united in Holy matrimony to Charles Rackins of Midville, Georgia.She is preceded in death by her mother, Maeola Monroe and father, Willie Monroe, Sr.; her brothers, Bobby Monroe and Emerson Monroe; and sister, Carolyn Price. Virigina leaves to cherish her precious memories: two loving and dedicated daughters, Tiffany (Jamie) Worthen and Cierra (Nick) Harper, Sr.; a loving son, Calvin Monroe; a devoted and loving mother, Mamie Pierce; six loving and devoted grandchildren, Jaydon Worthen, Jamya Worthen, Erin Rackins, Zynaria Monroe, Nicholas Harper, Jr., and Kinslee Harper; four loving sisters, Zonnie Crews of Oceanside, California; Catherine Moody of Twin City, Georgia; Debra (Joel) Rackins of Midville, Georgia and Jennifer (Harvey) Rackins of Waynesboro, Georgia; five brothers, Eugene Monroe, Hampton, Virigina; Willie (Mildred) Monroe, Jr., Atlanta, Georgia; Willie C. (Ethel) Morgan, Lathrup Village, Michigan; James (Nicole) Lott, Swainsboro, Georgia and Thomas (Patsy) Walker, Atlanta, Georgia; sisters-in-laws, Helen Monroe of Swainsboro; Shirline Rackins and Dorothy (Freddie) Wright of Midville, Georgia and Julia (Tony) Washington of Waynesboro, Georgia; a mother-in-law, Mae Dorothy McReed of Midville, Georgia; her devoted, dedicated and love, Lester Corley of Swainsboro, Georgia; her devoted and special niece Shatoria Rackins of Waynesboro, Georgia and nephew Harvey Cornelius Rackins of Kaiserslautern, Germany; and a host of other devoted nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives, friends and dedicated neighbors.
