William Henry Waters, affectionately known as Bull, was born to Henry Waters, Sr. and Mary B. Ellison on February 11, 1962 in Millen, Georgia. He departed this life on Thursday, July 2, 2020. Bull earned his high school diploma at Jenkins County High School in 1983. He was an avid fisherman and he loved fishing very much. Bull was preceded in death by both his paternal and maternal grandparents, his mother, Mary, and his father, Henry, two brothers, Edward and Clyde, one sister, Lula, six uncles and two aunts. Bull leaves the following loved ones behind to cherish his memory: three daughters: Cayona S. Lanier, Mayona D. Lanier, and Shantasia Waters; two sons: Keandra Benson and Traymon Waters; five brothers, Johnny Ellison, Jerry Waters, Henry Waters, Jr., Wanzer Newton, and John Newton; five sisters: Brenda Waters, Linda Waters, Patria Waters, Nettie Newton and Ammie Newton; a special friend, Diane Calhoun Yarborough Waters; and several aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
